blessings we’ve

experienced

living in the

beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.

This rolling hills and resort area attracts visitors

from all over the world who come seeking

peace, connection and a wide range of outdoor

activities. What many of them wish for, however,

is a place they can truly call their own during

their stay.!

That’s why we created our duplex homes—

designed for extended visits of 6 to 12 months

or longer—so you and your family can settle in,

make memories, and enjoy seeing the joy this

area brings to everyone, from children to

grandparents. There’s so much here to explore,

from scenic nature walks and river trails to

mountain adventures and Jeep trails.!

Our homes are oﬀered unfurnished, giving you

the freedom to add your own personal touch

with furniture and décor, so it feels like home—

not a hotel or short-term rental. We also oﬀer

optional services for your convenience,

including laundry assistance, cleaning service

for our out of area who just want a Western NC

home for weeks and special events with family

and friends, plus full landscaping care.!

At Happy Family Farms, you’ll also ﬁnd animals

that help you reconnect with nature and enjoy a

peaceful, welcoming environment. All within a

short drive, you’ll discover countless attractions,

trails stretching from riverbeds walks to

mountaintops drives and hike, as well as, a

vibrant nightlife and excellent restaurants for

when you prefer to dine out.!
